Hatoessential Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Hatoessential, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to assist with an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. To begin a return, please notify us within this time and post the parcel back to us within 5 working days of your notification.
Return Shipping
If the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the return postage.
For all other returns, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. However, Hatoessential will cover the postage costs for sending out exchange items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed for the cost of the goods only (excluding original postage costs).
If your order qualified for free shipping but a return reduces the total below the free shipping threshold, a standard postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
Items must be Unworn, Unwashed, and in their Original Condition.
All ‘Hatoessential’ swing tags must still be attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased using a store credit or from our sale section are not eligible for a refund. Instead, a store credit will be issued.
Full-priced items purchased during a storewide discount are considered current stock and are eligible for a refund if they meet the conditions above.
